Feel The Burn

Everyone know that sensation, that burning feeling in a muscle that tells you that you are pushing your limits. Burning, of course, is not the best word for it but there is a curious warmth attached to it. What your body is telling you is that you are engaging yourself, that you’re challenging your body, asking it to do more than it usually does. Your body is not judging you- it is just giving you neutral feedback. What you do with that information your¬†Senses are giving you is, as always, up to you.

Are you going to push yourself past your previous limits, turn that aching burn of a body being pushed to the limits into the trans-formative flame of growth, or you can stop, let the pain cause you to falter, to make it into the fire of destruction and waste?
