Trusting Yourself

Image courtesy of senses are powerful things. No one is denying that and no one is even too upset when we tell them to trust the culmination of those senses and let your intuition guide you. No one is upset, but very few of us can do it.

It is one thing to admit that your brain knows more than it let’s on, but it is another to put big decisions into the care of that big gray processing machine in your skull- to let go and fall or fly.

In her blog, Colette Baron-Reid has an effective exercise to doing just that. Her wording may be different that ours and her imagery might be a bit more mystical, but her message is the same: trust in the unseen part of you, trust in your deeper self and your body and you can’t go wrong.
